My dad has been going to this glassman for 25+ years. He swore by it. I've been looking for a new perfect car for weeks. It was getting exhausting. Finally came here (would of came here sooner just a 50 minute drive from me) and very happy I did. Charley had such great energy and welcomed us as soon as we stepped in and made sure to help in anywayhe could. Made sure we could check out every car, explained details and price. Found a perfect one and am so happy with it so far. Got me down to a price I was very happy with and even paid for my new plate and tags! Alex was also a very good help and knew everything about every vehicle we asked about! She explained everything in my new car and how to use them. Will definitely be going back and suggest to anyone who's in need of a car to make the trip! Worth it. Big lot of gently used, and new. Different brands too!

We recently had our Forester serviced and had an incredibly positive experience. Roy was friendly, professional and polite. The service was done quickly while we waited in the lounge area with our dog. We had discount coupons for services mailed to our house and Roy was able to apply all of them. We appreciated having the vehicle washed. Our experience with Glassman Subaru was far better than an experience we had with another local dealership for service (we were not even greeted) and exceeded our expectations. When we need another service, we will be back and we will ask for Roy.
My salesman, Charley Kashou, was inviting and a pleasure to work with. He got me in the perfect car. He listened to what I said, and he moved to make it happen. I plan to go to Glassman for my next car.
I was in for an oil consumption test on my 2021 wrx. Had problems at another dealership and was hoping to get things resolved here. They did the oil test and it shows a good amount of oil missing after 1200 miles. They keep it for a week and go through all the service records for warranty approval…it was denied. The owner of this dealership called me to tell me the warranty work was denied and to pick up my vehicle. I go through my paperwork from the last dealership and it shows I was given an oil change with ow20….. I look at the maintenance review that glass man gave me and it doesn’t show any oil changes of 0w20. I’m assuming it was edited. I go home warm the car up for the oil change and a huge blue smoke cloud came out… I swear the oil that came out of this car was like water. Super thin. I just sent out the filter for an oil test to find out what kind of oil was in it. Great service but this warranty work sounds a little like they are forcing repairs.
I have been buying, leasing and servicing cars with Glassman since 2001. The service department is excellent. It is easy to make an appointment for service through the internet and the service department is always ready for me and gets the job done quickly. I usually wait for my car and find their waiting area pleasant. When I have chosen to use their shuttle service the drivers have been pleasant and the ride to and from timely and safe. I highly recommend Glassman.
I will not be using Glassman Subaru Service as my mechanic ever again. I bought my Subaru at Glassman and that was a positive experience. HOWEVER, I have had very bad experiences with the service center. Once a lug nut was over tightened which resulted in my wheel almost coming off in traffic. They corrected the mistake free of charge and I was all about a second chance. I took my car in for suspension issues and was told it would cost SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS?!?!? I told them I was taking it elsewhere. The guy was very pushy about it saying he already ordered parts, I was making the wrong decision, etc etc. I was charged a $250 diagnostic fee when I picked up my car. Another mechanic looked it over and said 80% of what they said was wrong looked fine. My car was fixed for $685. I feel absolutely like they tried to scam me. I don’t recommend taking your car to the Glassman Service Center.
